The Spring Chicken CRATE is an object that appears in Cartoon Network Universe: FusionFall. It is a type of C.R.A.T.E. that can be obtained during special events.

Physical appearance

The illustration for the Spring Chicken CRATE resembles a bluish gray C.R.A.T.E., meaning it looks like a metallic, cube-shaped box with the word "C.R.A.T.E." plastered diagonally across one side. Its item icon also displays a pink version of Coco's Egg in the lower right corner.

Gameplay

In gameplay, the Spring Chicken CRATEs contain two different Hats. One Hat was exclusive to the Future portion of the game while both were obtainable in the Past portion. To obtain a Spring Chicken CRATE, the player must find the Spring Chicken, who can warp them to a Egg Hunt Zone which is filled with special versions of Coco's Egg. They must then simply run over the right ones of these eggs to automatically pick it up a Spring Chicken CRATE; any other egg will contain a booby trap.^[1]

The player can open a Spring Chicken CRATE by first opening their My Stuff pack (press the [I] key). The player can then either click on Spring Chicken CRATE and select the [OPEN] option that appears or right click on the Spring Chicken CRATE to open it immediately. Unopened Spring Chicken CRATEs can be traded amongst players, like C.R.A.T.E.s.
