Agent Cutts is a NPC in Cartoon Network Universe: FusionFall. He is a human and an agent of SACT who sells boosts, potions and gumballs to soldiers opposing the Fusion Invasion.

Physical appearance

Cutts is an adolescent human of average built. He has gray hair, bright skin, and a "buzz" hairstyle. For attire, he wears a standard-issued black and long-sleeved SACT shirt, SACT Combat Pants, SACT Combat Boots, and black sunglasses.

Fusion Invasion

The Past

In the Past, Cutts would run a shop at Mandy's house in Endsville. There, he would aid the soldiers in the war against Planet Fusion by selling them Weapon Boosts, Nano Potions, and gumballs.

Personality

Cutts has great belief in his own importance, insisting that the bravest of the brave shop with him.^[1] Nonetheless, he is a helpful shopkeeper and protective of the soldiers opposing the Fusion Invasion by warning them of the dangers awaiting in Downtown.^[2][3]
