Plumber Dwayne is a NPC in Cartoon Network Universe: FusionFall. He is a human and a member of the Plumbers who sells weapons to soldiers opposing the Fusion Invasion.
Physical appearance
Dwayne is an adolescent human of average built. For attire, he wears the standard uniform for the Plumbers that includes red versions of the Plumber Shock Armor, Plumber Shock Legs, Plumber Shock Boots, and Plumber Shock Helmet.

The Past
In the Past, Dwayne would run a shop in the Pimpleback Mountains. There, he would aid the soldiers in the war against Planet Fusion by selling them weapons.
Personality
Dwayne is very confident in his shop's selection of weapons, and is simiarly invested in his job as a shopkeeper.[1][2][3]
