Picka Pocka is a NPC in Cartoon Network Universe: FusionFall. He is a primate and one of Mojo Jojo's Monkey Minions who sells footwear armor to soldiers opposing the Fusion Invasion.
Physical appearance
Picka is an average-looking Monkey Minion, resembling an anthropomorphic primate with green skin, blank eyes, and a long tail. For attire, he wears the standard Monkey Minion uniform that includes a black bodysuit with purple lines around it, white form-fitting boots, white gloves, an emblem with Mojo Jojo's symbol on each shoulder, a purple jetpack with sharp corners, white straps and a rocket exhaust on the bottom, and a tall three-layer white helmet that has purple lines along it, a visor, and a round purple symbol on the forehead.

The Past
In the Past, Picka would run a shop at Mojo's Volcano. There, he would aid the soldiers in the war against Planet Fusion by selling them footwear armor.
Personality
Picka is shown to have great respect for Mojo Jojo, referring to him as "master".[1] Also, while welcoming to those coming to those who make it to Mojo's volcano headquarters,[2] he shows a somewhat inhospitable attitude.[3] He also does not like to wear shoes, although that does not keep him from selling them.[4]
