Go to City Station target area.

Fuse is trying to scramble our communications signals at City Station. I've given you a Descrambler that you can use to thwart his plan. Head out to City Station. You'll need to get up to one of the tallest buildings to place the Descrambler.

I've sent you to a jump pad that you can use to reach the top of the building.

Place the Descrambler.

I've sent you the coordinates. Place the Descrambler at the top of the building. You can use the jump pads to reach it.

Great. Communications are back online.

Come back to the Fissure. Ben sent you a reward.
