The Thrown is a type of objects in Cartoon Network Universe: FusionFall. They are items for the Avatar that are used to combat enemies. Thrown items come in various designs and colors, some of which are based on content from different medias.

Gameplay

In gameplay, Thrown items are wielded by the Avatar. Classified as Weapons, Thrown items all affect the Avatar's performance in combat.^[1] In comparison to other weapons, Thrown items are sent flying over nearby objects in the direction that the Avatar is facing when used and will explode where they land, damaging all nearby targets caught within the radius of their blast.^[2][3] However, they have short throwing ranges.^[4] Furthermore, unlike weapons like Rifles and Pistols that make use of target reticles, Thrown items possess no visible target reticle mechanic and can be pointed anywhere.

Notably, the Thrown items' Vs. One and Vs. Many stats determine how much damage they can deal against lone and multiple enemies respectively; the higher their stats, the more damage they deal. When to wield a Thrown item is best determined by the enemies that the player expects to fight.^[1] In general though, Thrown items are poor against a single target, but best against groups of enemies.^[4]
