City Point is an area in Cartoon Network Universe: FusionFall. It is a zone next to the border of Downtown that houses the Dizzy World Amusement Park.
Environment
City Point is a semi-urban area. It lies south of Endsville, east of City Hall, west of Galaxy Gardens and north of City Station.
The main part of this area is the Dizzy World Amusement Park, which has become an Infected Zone. Dizzy World itself features a roller coaster, bumper cars, a haunted house, a circus tent, a "Tunnel of Like", a Ferris wheel, and many other rides. Grim, Ghostfreak, and Courage are all featured prominently in artwork on the rides. Also, the center icon of the local Ferris Wheel resembles Zombozo.
South of Dizzy World is also a plaza with a ground mural of the Powerpuff Girls. These grounds serve as a small base for Kids Next Door operatives and Bloo.

In the Past, there are several Fusions hiding here. Fusion Ace, for example, is in the "Tunnel of Like" and is planning to burn down Dizzy World; Fusion Billy is in the haunted house; and Fusion Bloo is in a circus tent.
