Fusion Billy is an enemy that appears in Cartoon Network Universe: FusionFall. He is the Fusion counterpart of Billy.

Physical appearance

A Fusion clone of Billy, Fusion Billy is a human child-based creature whose body is made of Fusion Matter. He possesses short dark green hair styled like Billy's, a rather large and round nose, and menacing, featureless red eyes, but no mouth. For attire, he wears a dark white T-shirt, dark green pants, and dark white and black sneakers.

Gameplay

In gameplay, Fusion Billy is a boss fought in his different Fusion Lairs during certain missions. To target Fusion Billy, align the Avatar with him to make his information window appear on the top of the screen. Should his Health Bar reach zero when battling him, the Fusion Matter animating Fusion Billy will break up, and Fusion Billy will disintegrate.^[1] The player will then automatically receive some Fusion Matter and Taros as reward. However, while Fusion Billy's Taro reward remains consistent, his Fusion Matter reward will decrease for each level the Avatar is above Fusion Billy; if the Avatar is six levels higher than Fusion Billy or more, no Fusion Matter is rewarded. Sometimes, the player also automatically receives loot from defeating Fusion Billy in the form of C.R.A.T.E.s, Nano Potions, and Weapon Boosts.

In battle, Fusion Billy targets the Avatar when they get close enough. However, the higher the Avatar's level is, the closer they can get to Fusion Billy without him attacking them. Once they begin fighting, Fusion Billy will continue attacking until either he is destroyed, the Avatar is defeated, or the Avatar moves too far away from his point of origin. If the Avatar runs away from him, Fusion Billy will follow them until he gets too far away from his area of roaming, at which point he will return, where he will regain his full health instantly. Notably, while retreating, he will be invulnerable to attacks. Also, once defeated, Fusion Billy will respawn after roughly a year.

Fusion Invasion

The Past

In the Past, Fusion Billy was created in the Darklands, specifically in Hero's Hollow.^[2]

When Billy came to the Boneyard to collect his spare baseball cap, Fusion Billy swooped in and stole it. Retreating into his Fusion Lair, Fusion Billy was soon after confronted by the Avatar inside his lair. There, the Avatar destroyed Fusion Billy after a quick battle, which resulted in the creation of a Billy Nano for the Avatar.^[3]

Fusion Billy soon after resurfaced in Dizzy World, where he would run around at night and ruin everything in the park while hanging out with Fusion Monsters. While he was inside his Fusion Lair in the park, surrounded by his Destroyusall henchmen, however, the Avatar came and fought their way through Fusion Billy's henchmen before finding the Fusion himself and destroying him again.^[4]

Personality

Fusion Billy displays an almost savage disposition, often jumping around and walking around on all fours while hunched forward in battle.

Powers and abilities

Fusion Billy is among Fuse's most powerful minions and is growing stronger each day.^[2][5] Skills Fusion Billy has exhibited include:

• Fusion Matter Explosion: On occasion, Fusion Billy possesses the Eruption Attack, which lets him create a localized explosion of Fusion Matter from the ground. When launching this attack, Fusion Billy makes the ground below his opponent glow with Fusion Matter for a few seconds before causing a pillar of Fusion Matter to erupt.
• Limited Nano Power Immunity: Fusion Billy possesses the Freedom - Self power, which gives him the following Nano Power immunities:
  • Sleep Immunity: Fusion Billy cannot be affected by the Sleep Nano Power.
  • Snare Immunity: Fusion Billy cannot be affected by the Snare Nano Power.
  • Stun Immunity: Fusion Billy cannot be affected by the Stun Nano Power.
• Nano Drain: On occasion, Fusion Billy possesses the Corruption Attack, which lets him drain Nanos of their stamina. When he is attacking a Nano, he will start to glow, which is the wind up, before throwing an attack that will trump his opponent's Nano. Should it make contact, the Nano will lose a lot of stamina. Conversely, if his opponent drops their current Nano and brings out one that deflects the attack back at Fusion Billy, the Nano will get a boost in stamina. Should Fusion Billy launch his Corruption Attack on an opponent without a Nano out though, the former will take damage.
