DexLabs,[2] also formatted as Dexlabs,[3] is an organization in the Cartoon Network Universe: FusionFall franchise. It is Dexter's scientific corporation, which is responsible for the advanced technology and weaponry on the Earth.[4] The company is the rival of Mandark Industries, with its headquarters being located in Tech Square.[5]
History

Before the Invasion

Dexlabs was founded by Dexter before the boy genius hit his teens. As the success with his company grew, Dexter moved to Downtown, with DexLabs' headquarters being erected in Tech Square. With his success though, Dexter became increasingly withdrawn, with Computress acting as his sole companion. Though DexLabs faced competition in the form of Mandark and his Mandark Industries, Mandark's greed, ego and desire to best Dexter ultimately kept his company in the shadows of DexLabs.[6][7]
Before the Fusion Invasion, Dexter planned to send the Avatar into the future as a part of an experiment in DexLabs headquarters. Unfortunately, Dee Dee's tomfoolery with the instruments resulted in the Avatar being flung farther into the future than intended.
Fusion Invasion
The Future
In the Future, when they had to escape Tech Square's collapse, the Avatar fled to the top of DexLabs headquarters via a warp gate while Dexter stayed behind to be sure that Fusion Buttercup did not steal anything from DexLabs. There, Numbuh Two, having been waiting for the Avatar, brought them to safety in a S.C.A.M.P.E.R., just before DexLabs headquarters and the rest of Tech Square were destroyed.
The Past
In the Past, DexLabs, along with Mandark Industries, provided the Kids Next Door with the technology needed for them to raise the treehouse in Sector V into midair as a defense against Fusion invaders.[8] The company would as well participate in the Nano enhancement project.[9] Thefts of DexLabs technology would also occur, which Dexbot Q-64 would search for in Steam Alley.[10]
List of projects
- Chronotechnology: DexLabs is working with chronotechnology, which is the most advanced around.[3]
- Nano Research: DexLabs is actively researching Nanos and the science behind them, having an entire facility dedicated to such efforts.
- Nano Development: Using donations, DexLabs is constantly developing new Nanos for soldiers.[2] The Unstable Nano in particular is a creation of Dexter's that lets DexLabs conduct testruns on previews of new Nanos.[11]
- Nano Enhancement: DexLabs is an active participant in the Nano enhancement project by improving Nanos used in the war every day.[9]
- NanoCom: The NanoCom is a DexLabs invention used by soldiers opposing the Fusion Invasion.[12] In addition, the device and its features receive consistent upgrades from DexLabs, such as for the Nano Book.[2]
- Vehicles: DexLabs has developed a few vehicles of their own,[13] such as the Dexlabs Jetbike and seemingly the Dexlabs Hovercar.
- Weapons: DexLabs has a number of company-based weapons, such as the "Null Void Gun".[1]

His greed, ego and desire to best Dexter are the very things that have kept him and his company Mandark Industries in the shadows of Dexter and Dextech. Like Dexter, Mandark moved Downtown when his company became successful, but he left his original lab intact, including the subterranean tunnel that connects Mandark's lab to Dexter's down the street."
