Runty is a NPC in Cartoon Network Universe: FusionFall. He is Billy's pet Fusion Spawn. At first, many thought Billy simply yearned to have another pet, so he caught and tamed a Fusion Spawn. However, it is revealed that Runty is in fact Billy's Imaginary Friend—giving explanation as to why he was not under Lord Fuse's control.

Fusion Invasion
The Past
In the Past, when the Avatar infiltrated Fuse's Hall in an attempt to weaken its defense shields, Billy showed up with Runty offering assistance, and Runty was sacrificed—giving all of his Imaginary Energy to weaken the shields protecting Lord Fuse.
Trivia
- In Cartoon Network Universe: FusionFall, a Health Bar would appear whenever the Avatar faces Runty, although he cannot be attacked.
- Though Runty is supposedly destroyed during "Fuse No More (Part 2 of 4)", he still appears next to Billy in Endsville afterwards.
- Runty is the only Fusion Monster-based NPC in Cartoon Network Universe: FusionFall that is able to talk.
