Origin
Grubber, from The Powerpuff Girls.
Grubber J. Gribberish, better known as the infamous Grubber, originates from the 1998 American superhero animated television series The Powerpuff Girls. In that media, he is the one of show's recurring antagonists. A member of the notorious Gangreen Gang, a group of trouble-making hoodlums, Grubber roams Townsville and stirs up discord with his crew. Grubber himself is only capable of speaking in raspberries, but behind his grotesque facade lies a keen intellect. He can also mimic voices and slightly adjust his appearance.
An uneducated adolescent, Grubber has been terrorizing Townsville alongside the Gangreen Gang for at least as long as the Powerpuff Girls have been defending it. He and his crew have their base of operations in the Townsville City dump. However, in the grand scheme of villainy, they are more nuisances than a criminal element. Regardless, they still manage to cause a lot of trouble for both the Powerpuff Girls and the citizens of Townsville.
