Doc Saturday is a NPC that appears in Cartoon Network Universe: FusionFall. He is a human, the patriarch of the Saturday family, and a Secret Scientist.

Physical appearance

Doc is a muscular, dark-skinned human adult with a short, black haircut and a white widow's peak on the front. He also has a lighting bolt-shaped scar across his right eye, which is pale white, and a black left eye. For attire, he wears an orange vest over a black bodysuit, orange gloves with yellow cuffs, orange boots and a golden belt with a silver buckle.

Origin

Solomon "Doc" Saturday originates from the 2008 American animated television series The Secret Saturdays. In that media, he is one of the main characters. The husband of Drew Saturday and father of Zak Saturday, as well as the adopted father of Fiskerton, Komodo and Zon, Doc is a member of the Secret Scientists, with Doc being amongst the world's leading experts in the pseudo-science of cryptozoology. Doc himself is sensible and rational with a logical view on everything. As such, he is quick to dismiss things like magic. Regardless, he is dedicated to his son, although he is more lenient with him than Drew in order to teach him how to defend himself since their family has many enemies.

Originating from the state of Louisiana, Doc was introduced to cryptids as a child by his friend and mentor Dr. Basil Lancaster. As he grew up, Doc's remained dedicated to science and eventually completed college with a degree in cryptozoology. After that, Doc met Drew, whom he married and fathered a child with, named Zak. His weapon of choice in the field is his Battle Glove. In Zak's adolescent years, Doc and his family sought to prevent V.V. Argost from gaining control of the legendary cryptid Kur, only to later discover that Zak had become the host of Kur's essence. Eventually though, after many struggles, Doc and his allies managed to separate Kur from Zak and defeat Argost.

Trivia

Doc is the only member of the Saturday family who did not reappear in the Past after the Birthday Bash.
Doc was planned to be added in the Expansion update for FusionFall Retro. He was going to be on Monster Island investigating the Mother of All Blowfish.^{[citation needed]}
