| “ | What do you get when you combine a kitchen table and a vacuum cleaner with Fusion Matter? One Bad Burro. Don't back down; these are some of Fuse's most stubborn soldiers. | ” |
– Quick Start Game Guide, Cartoon Network Universe: FusionFall Victory Pack[1]
The Bad Burro is an enemy that appears in Cartoon Network Universe: FusionFall. It is a species of Fusion Monsters that is used in Fuse's Army.
Physical appearance
A Bad Burro, from the Quick Start Game Guide.
The Bad Burro is a combination of a vacuum cleaner and a kitchen table into a pony-like shape that is held together by Fusion Matter. It has a wide and red-colored mouthpiece for a head with Fusion Matter infused in it, a black pipe with a red handle and a flexible tube for a neck, and a body made up of a brown wooden table with four bendable legs with black joints. On the top of the table, the Bad Burro's red, black, and yellow vacuum engine is attached, with a black power cord for the vacuum cleaner dangling behind it like a tail, and the wheels from the vacuum cleaner on its shoulders and hips. Coursing through the Bad Burro and leaking around it is Fusion Matter.
Gameplay
In gameplay, the Bad Burros are enemy monsters that the player fights at various points in the game, either optionally, or as a part of a mission objective. To target a Bad Burro, align the Avatar with it to make its information window appear on the top of the screen. Should its Health Bar reach zero when battling it, the Fusion Matter animating the Bad Burro will break up, and the Bad Burro will disintegrate.[2] The player will then automatically receive some Fusion Matter and Taros as reward. However, while the Bad Burro's Taro reward remains consistent, its Fusion Matter reward will decrease for each level the Avatar is above the Bad Burro; if the Avatar is six levels higher than the Bad Burro or more, no Fusion Matter is rewarded. Sometimes, the player also automatically receives loot from defeated Bad Burros in the form of C.R.A.T.E.s.
In battle, the Bad Burros target the Avatar when they get close enough. However, the higher the Avatar's level is, the closer they can get to a Bad Burro without it attacking them. Once they begin fighting, the Bad Burros will continue attacking until either they are destroyed, the Avatar is defeated, or the Avatar moves too far away from their point of origin. If the Avatar runs away from them, the Bad Burros will follow them until they get too far away from their area of roaming, at which point they will return, where they will regain their full health instantly. Notably, while retreating, they will be invulnerable to attacks. Also, once defeated, a Bad Burro will respawn after thirty seconds.
