– Quick Start Game Guide, Cartoon Network Universe: FusionFall Victory Pack[1]
The Eyebore is an enemy that appears in Cartoon Network Universe: FusionFall. It is a species of Fusion Monsters that is used in Fuse's Army.
Physical appearance
An Eyebore, from the Quick Start Game Guide.
The Eyebore is a plant-based Fusion Monster. It possesses a thorny green stem sitting in a chunk of earth, with a large eye on top of it. Said eye has a dark red pupil, a red sclera with visible veins, and pale green eyelids with two thorns on the lower lid and partially chewed green leaves top of the upper eyelid that resemble eyelashes. Possessing no neck for its eyeball-based head, it also has two arms made of green and thorny vines. Instead of hands though, it has a dark red eye with red sclera possessing visible veins, pale green eyelids and a serrated mouth on the lower eyelid for each arm. It possesses four spider-like legs as well that are made of green thorny vines protruding from the sides of its chuck of earth. Lastly, it has Fusion Matter patches all over its body.
Gameplay
In gameplay, the Eyebores are enemy monsters that the player fights at various points in the game, either optionally, or as a part of a mission objective. To target an Eyebore, align the Avatar with it to make its information window appear on the top of the screen. Should its Health Bar reach zero when battling it, the Fusion Matter animating the Eyebore will break up, and the Eyebore will disintegrate.[2] The player will then automatically receive some Fusion Matter and Taros as reward. However, while the Eyebore's Taro reward remains consistent, its Fusion Matter reward will decrease for each level the Avatar is above the Eyebore. Sometimes, the player also automatically receives loot from defeated Eyebores in the form of C.R.A.T.E.s, Nano Potions, and Weapon Boosts.
In battle, the Eyebores target the Avatar when they get close enough. However, the higher the Avatar's level is, the closer they can get to an Eyebore without it attacking them. Once they begin fighting, the Eyebores will continue attacking until either they are destroyed, the Avatar is defeated, or the Avatar moves too far away from their point of origin. If the Avatar runs away from them, the Eyebores will follow them until they get too far away from their area of roaming, at which point they will return, where they will regain their full health instantly. Notably, while retreating, they will be invulnerable to attacks. Also, once defeated, an Eyebore will respawn after one hundred and fifty seconds.

Behavior
Like other Fusion Monsters, the Eyebores are aggressive, hostile, and spit out Fusion Matter wherever they go.
Powers and abilities
Skills the Eyebores have exhibited include:
- Energy Projection: The Eyebores can fire blasts of green energy.
- Fear Empowerment: The Eyebores grow stronger the more afraid their opponents are.[1]
- Fusion Matter Explosion: The Eyebores possess the Eruption Attack, which lets them create a localized explosion of Fusion Matter from the ground. When launching this attack, the Eyebores make the ground below their opponent glow with Fusion Matter for a few seconds before causing a pillar of Fusion Matter to erupt.
- Nano Drain: The Eyebores possess the Corruption Attack, which lets them drain Nanos of their stamina. When they are attacking a Nano, they will start to glow, which is the wind up, before throwing an attack that will trump their opponent's Nano. Should it make contact, the Nano will lose a lot of stamina. Conversely, if their opponent drops their current Nano and brings out one that deflects the attack back at the Baleful Brutes, the Nano will get a boost in stamina. Should the Baleful Brutes launch their Corruption Attack on an opponent without a Nano out though, the former will take damage.
- Paralysis Inducement: The Eyebores can paralyzes their victims by preying on fear.[1]
- Potion Consumption: The Eyebores possess the Battery Drain, which lets them launch attacks that can drain the Avatar's supply of Nano Potions and Weapon Boosts by a certain amount.
- Soul Reading: The Eyebores can stare deep into their victims' souls and find what scares them the most.[1]
